Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Codebusters AI Tutor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Service Description

Codebusters AI Tutor provides interactive cipher-solving practice, an AI tutoring assistant, progress tracking, and competition preparation tools for Science Olympiad Codebusters events.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Accounts for students under 13 must be created with parental consent.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Academy, Academy + Office Hours, Season Pass, Coaching, Summer Camp) are billed via Stripe.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-time purchases (Season Pass, Summer Camp) are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for first-time monthly subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

Use the service only for legitimate educational purposes.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Do not use disposable email addresses to create accounts.
Do not share, sell, or distribute AI tutor responses commercially.

AI Tutor Disclaimer

The AI tutor ("Professor Lock") provides educational guidance using large language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Always verify important concepts with your coach, teacher, or official Science Olympiad resources.

Limitation of Liability

Codebusters AI Tutor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
